Valenio Coffee Roastery is located in the beautiful Ladadika district, a historic neighborhood of Thessaloniki that has preserved the old architectural character of buildings from another era. Lykourgou Street is part of the oldest historical core of the area. Our workshop is housed in one of these buildings, dating back to 1887 AD, at 2 Lykourgou Street.

Equipment

Our workshop is fully equipped with modern machinery and specialized state-of-the-art tools that support every stage of the coffee production process. We use advanced roasting machines that ensure complete control over the roasting profile of each variety, along with modern cooling and stabilization processes after roasting, so that the coffee’s aroma and flavor remain intact.

At the same time, it is equipped with high-precision packaging machines that preserve freshness through airtight sealing and degassing valves. Particular emphasis is also placed on the storage areas, which are designed according to strict temperature and humidity standards in order to maintain the quality of both the green beans and the final product.

In addition, the workshop includes dedicated cupping and tasting areas, where coffees are evaluated and selected with the aim of ensuring consistently high quality in every batch.
