“All About Café” – HOTELIA
Since 2016, the Valenio team and Valantis Lambrianidis have been organizing and curating All About Café. It is the first major coffee event in Northern Greece, held the Hotelia exhibition for hotel and professional equipment at the Thessaloniki International Exhibition Center.
All About Café is dedicated to the art of coffee creation, focusing on unique experiential moments as well as specialized seminars (All About Café seminars) led by top industry professionals.
Coffee Show
For two consecutive years, Valantis Lambrianidis served as a speaker and stage manager at all Coffee Show exhibitions held in Athens. The Coffee Show events are dedicated to coffee and its culture, with a strong focus on education and training through seminars and live demonstrations. The Valenio team curates the main stage, where leading baristas from around the world deliver workshops, masterclasses, and coffee tastings.
Athens Coffee Festival
Our team participates as speakers in the educational program of the Athens Coffee Festival, which includes more than 75 hours of presentations, demonstrations, specialized seminars, and workshops. At the same time, Valantis Lambrianidis takes part as a certified judge in the Hellenic Roasting Championship organized by SCA Greece the festival.
HORECA Coffee Events
As part of the HORECA exhibition, SCA coffee championships are held annually, where distinguished coffee professionals from across Greece compete. In recent years, our specialized team has been behind the training of some of the country’s top barista champions.
