Training sections related to the extraction of coffee by hand (hand brew). All the skills required for a right production of coffee are taught, such as roast profile and its importance, brewing time, brewing temperature, degrees of grinding, water quality, etc. The courses are completed with theoretical and practical exams to provide certification.
The seminar can be attended by baristas, catering/coffee professionals who want to develop their work or even simple consumers, who love coffee and are interested in learning more about its preparation. They are divided into beginner and advanced levels (level 1+2) depending on the knowledge of the trainees.
